Account Executive

The mission of Account Executives at Visionary Consulting is to win contracts by linking the client鈥檚 needs in terms of people and organization development with our unique expertise and systematic solutions. You will also strengthen VC's brand by exhibiting your outstanding professionalism and passion to create.

Your key accountabilities

  1. To study and identify potential clients
  2. To build long-term relationship with clients
  3. To create needs by helping clients diagnose their performance improvement challenges.
  4. To propose the most appropriate solutions with senior consultant's instructions and support
  5. To assist the senior consultant in delivering the service to clients
  6. To develop yourself as an assistant consultant in order to meet the expectation of our clients

To be a successful account executive at Visionary Consulting, you MUST fulfill the following qualifications:

  • College education or above
  • At least 3 years work experience, 1 year in the learning and development industry
  • Enthusiastic about the learning and development industry
  • Confident, self-motivated and presentable
  • Can speak standard Mandarin
  • Good command of both oral and written English
  • Can communicate effectively with different people
  • Eager to help others no matter how hard the task is
  • Willing to work under pressure and prefer challenging jobs
  • Eager to learn and can learn fast and effectively

    Account Manager

    The mission of an Account Manager at Visionary Consulting is to accomplish business development objectives by managing, leading, and developing himself/herself and the account management team as well.

    Your key accountabilities

      1. To develop business by accomplishing both individual or team business development objectives
      2. To help team members accomplish their individual performance objectives
      3. To develop organizational effectiveness by developing team members' capabilities in analyzing, proposing, selling, and learning
      4. To develop team culture according to the changes in tasks and the environment

    To be a successful account Manager at VC, you MUST fulfill the following qualifications:

      • University education or above
      • Can speak standard Mandarin
      • Presentable and charismatic
      • At least 6 years work experience, 3 years in the training and consulting industry, with well-established networks and a proven track record
      • Good at writing in-depth proposals and delivering presentations in English
      • Values human relationships, friendship, and love
      • Proven track record in identifying team-member strengths and areas for improvement
      • Visionary, supportive, persuasive, and inspirational as a true leader
      • Willing to spend time in developing your team members and helping them succeed

      HR Specialist

      Key accountabilities
      As an HR specialist of a professional performance consulting company, one of the key roles you play is an internal consultant. Your experience, expertise, and ideas will help Visionary Consulting deploy and implement our recruiting, retaining, and developing strategies as well as solve problems in these areas. You are accountable for the following key areas that will create value for you and for VC:
      - Working with the HR manager to define, develop, and deploy the HR strategies
      - Providing ideas and/or solutions which eventually add value to VC's business as a whole
      - Developing and implementing the recruiting plan according to immediate and long-term business needs
      - Conducting interviews and designing resources for a better interviews
      - Maintaining positive and constructive relationships with outside service providers
      - Solving problems in the HR area whether related to policy, process, or performance.

      To be a successful HR specialist at Visionary Consulting, you MUST fulfill the following qualifications:
      - You should hold at least a collegiate diploma. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you can demonstrate that you are otherwise qualified for this position.)
      - You have discovered that your career should be in the HR field. This simply means that you are a person who has a clearly-defined vision and mission.
      - You should have 3 years experience working in this particular area. You have confidence as an HR professional and have earned a reputation for excellence.
      - You often read fiction, professional documents, or books written in English and you enjoy doing so. You want to work in an environment where English is the working language and where you can further develop your English language skills.
      - You should be a sophisticated netizen. You are good at using search engines as an effective working tool. You are skilled at using common business software packages.
      - You will never work alone. Therefore, you must be able to collaborate with both internal and external customers. As a team member, you always show your eagerness to help others.
      - You are a professional, and you are able to navigate considerably stressful and challenging situations.
